2 eggs beaten in a bowl
1 bag of crushed pork rinds
Bacon grease, butter or your favorite animal fat

Cut slits into chicken breasts
Stuff with butter and brie
Baked at 350 degree for about 35 minutes.
Reduce the cooking juices down a little in a frypan, add a dash of cream and grated Parmesan cheese then cook til thickened a little. I don’t have measurements – I kind of wing it. 🙂

A Zero Carb version of crispy baked chicken using Parmesan cheese instead of bread crumbs.
Preheat oven at 350 F
1 Family pack of bone in, skin on, chicken thighs (10-12 thighs)
2 Cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 TBS dried parsley (optional)
1 TBS dried oregano (optional)
1 tsp Paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)
1 Cup melted butter
