The issue that just won’t go away, “too much protein” has taken another turn because a more visible person has adopted the theory. ZIOH (and ZCH) has been pretty clear about our position but Dr. Paul Mabry has invected some new arguments in a recent blog post. Because this is such a divisive issue within ZC communities, it’s important to define and sharpen our definition in the face of competing ideas. There are many things that appear close to ZC but are not the definite article. Hopefully, this post will set this aright for you and as always you’re free to make up your own mind.
Fill pancakes with chopped or shredded chicken or pork, roll up and top with Hollandaise Sauce.

Subjects covered in this post are, broadly speaking, IF and other forced fasting, Keto and LCHF protocols such as fat-shots, electrolytes and other supplements, restriction of food, macro-manipulations and various other mind-influenced ‘dieting’ interventions:
Most people, when they begin ZC, bring all sorts of LCHF/Keto ideas with them. This includes beliefs about adding extra fat, intermittent fasting and the ‘need’ for electrolytes as well as other supplementation, among many other things.
Mix 7 cups mozzarella cheese with 7 eggs.
Spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle dried Italian seasoning on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
Add your favorite toppings. I used cooked ground beef, cooked crumbled bacon and pepperoni.
Sprinkle again with Italian seasoning.
Top with cheese and bake 10 minutes more. I used a pizza blend shredded cheese which had mozzarella and cheddar.

These can also be made in a waffle maker. They are great with butter and a side of meat. Other options; a soft taco shell, a quesadilla, or wrap, filled with meat and cheese.
2 oz cream cheese
Let the cream cheese soften before blending
Blend until smooth (I use my Bullet)
Then into a hot pan and cook like pancakes…flipping when the batter bubbles in the pan.

Unfortunately for some, Zero Carb Health doesn’t do coddling. We tell it like it is directly and devoid of emotional attachment. It is extremely important that we do this because for newbies transitioning off carbs, it can be an emotionally unstable experience.
Based on my experience, these emotional outbursts seem to come from people who are in the 5 “bargaining” stages of mourning carbs.
