Thin sliced pork chops
2 eggs beaten in large bowl
1 bag crushed pork rinds
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Bacon grease
Mix 7 cups mozzarella cheese with 7 eggs.
Spread on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle dried Italian seasoning on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
Add your favorite toppings. I used cooked ground beef, cooked crumbled bacon and pepperoni.
Sprinkle again with Italian seasoning.
Top with cheese and bake 10 minutes more. I used a pizza blend shredded cheese which had mozzarella and cheddar.

This will be a very light, delicate “bread.” It doesn’t hold up well if you make the sandwich ahead of time; it gets soggy. It is best to assemble the sandwich when you are going to eat it.
This recipe can be doubled easily. Just use two baking sheets.
