This recipe is for 1 person.
1 Cup shredded cooked chicken and skin
2 Tbs of butter or bacon grease
2 Tbs Sour cream
2 Tbs crumbled blue cheese
A few dashes of your favorite hot sauce. I use Tapatio.
Directions: Saute chicken in the butter or grease and add Sour cream. Cook on low until sour cream is melted, stir mixture until creamy. Dump into a bowl, top with crumbled Blue cheese and hot sauce.
Mini Crock pot directions – Put cold cooked, chicken, sour cream and butter into crock-pot, bring to work, plug it in. When you are ready to eat, stir it up, then add blue cheese and hot sauce.
For a cold variation use mayonnaise instead of butter.
