- Start with bacon grease… Lots and lots of bacon grease. (If you don’t save yours, you can get some here)
2. Crush up some pork skins in a bag. Add about 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and season to taste. (You can buy already crushed Pork Skins here)
3. Get the assembly-line ready. Chicken tenderloins, half the breading mixture, six eggs, and the other half of the breading mixture all and gallon size baggies.
4. Dip the chicken in the breading mixture, eggs, and again in the breading mixture. Plate it.
5. Fry ’em up!
Serve with these great Zero Carb Dressings:
Sour Cream Mustard Sauce – Mix 1/3 your favorite mustard with 2/3 sour cream.
