Thin sliced pork chops
2 eggs beaten in large bowl
Salt
Pepper
Cajun Seasoning
1 bag crushed pork rinds
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Bacon grease
Directions:
Heat bacon grease in frying pan.
Season pork chops with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning.
Dip each pork chop into beaten eggs, then coat with mixture of crushed pork rinds and Parmesan cheese.
Fry in bacon grease until done.
