This is a small sample menu to help people get started with a Zero Carb Diet. Many people starting out suffer from cravings because they are not eating enough food. It’s important to eat enough food, so you don’t give into carb cravings. This is a sample of what a successful Zero Carb dieter eats per day.
Breakfast
Monday – 4 eggs, 8+ pieces of bacon
Tuesday – 2 eggs and a big steak.
Wednesday – 4 Zero Carb breakfast egg & bacon muffins
Thursday – 4+ Scotch Eggs.
Friday – Shrimp & Cheese Omelet
Saturday – 4 eggs 6+ links of breakfast sausage (not maple flavored!)
Sunday – Zero Carb Eggs Lorraine
Fast food options – McDonalds has an Ala Carte Menu. You can order Round eggs (a real cooked egg), side of bacon or sausage patties and cheese.

Snacks (if needed)
– Meat and cheese roll-ups
– Hard boiled eggs
– Quality all meat hot dogs
– Cold chicken dipped in full fat Ranch or blue cheese dressing (Click here for recipes)
– Pork rinds dipped in sour cream with a few dashes of hot sauce.

Lunch
Monday – Mini crockpot full of ground beef
Tuesday – 4 Chicken Cordon Bleu Roll-ups
Wednesday – 3 or 4 cold or heated up chicken thighs
Thursday – At least 2 cups of Chicken Salad
Friday – 5 or more 1/4lb burger patties with or without cheese. McDonalds has beef patties (Ala Carte Menu) for around $1 each, price varies by location.
Saturday – Meatloaf Cupcakes
Sunday – 1/2 rotisserie chicken (not BBQ flavor)

Dinner
Monday – Big steak (ribeye, NY steak, sirloin steak) Try the reverse sear method.
Tuesday – Eye of Round Roast
Wednesday – 1/2 rotisserie chicken (not BBQ flavor)
Thursday – Chuck Blade Steak
Friday – White Castle Hamburger Pie
Saturday – Bacon crusted chicken
Sunday – Grilled steak

Note: You can mix and match meals or eat the same thing more often or every day. I provided a wide variety of ideas for those who like something different. Personally, I eat the same thing most every day. 1lb of ground beef for breakfast and 1 lb steak for dinner.
