INGREDIENTS:
3lb Ground or cubed meat (I use 1lb ground beef, 1lb ground turkey, 1lb Italian Sausage)
2 Cups low salt beef broth
1 Tbs Ground chili Pasilla (you can also just use 3 Tbs regular chili powder)
1 Tbs Ground New Mexico chili
1 Tbs Ground regular Chili powder
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1-2 tsp Sea salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp Black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
In a large pot, thoroughly cook the meat and spices. Add the broth. I sometimes need more or less than 2 cups, it depends on what meats you use and how soupy you like it. Simmer for 30 mins. This chili is even better the next day.
Serve with grated cheese, sour cream and pork rinds.
