1.5lb ground chicken
1 large egg
¼ cup of chopped onions or 1 Tsp dried onion
2 Tbs fresh or 1 Tbs dried Parsley
2 garlic cloves minced or 1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2lb blue cheese cut into ½ inch cubes
1 cup of your favorite hot sauce
½ cup butter
Blue Cheese Dressing (Best ever Recipe Here)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients for the meatballs except the blue cheese.
This recipe will make 16 meatballs. Divide mixture into quarters, then make each quarter into 4 balls.
Press a cube of blue cheese into the center of each ball then form the mixture around cheese to seal. Roll into a ball.
Place balls on a large baking sheet. Bake at 400º for 18-20 minutes.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Then add hot sauce and stir to combine. Add cooked meatballs to skillet using a spoon to coat them with sauce. Place a lid on the skillet and turn heat to low to keep the meatballs warm.
Insert toothpicks and serve with dipping sauce and or Blue cheese dressing.
