A Zero Carb version of crispy baked chicken using Parmesan cheese instead of bread crumbs.
Preheat oven at 350 F
Ingredients:
1 Family pack of bone in, skin on, chicken thighs (10-12 thighs)
2 Cups grated Parmesan cheese
1 TBS dried parsley (optional)
1 TBS dried oregano (optional)
1 tsp Paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp black pepper (optional)
1 Cup melted butter
Directions:
Combine cheese and spices.
Melt butter.
Dip chicken into butter, then coat well with cheese mixture.
Place in baking pan.
Bake at 350F for 45 – 60 mins.
